The Design District is one of the most interesting and newest districts in London. Designed by eight pioneering architects – Barozzi Velga, 6A, David Kohn, Selgas Cano, Architecture 00, Adam Kahn and Mole Architects, the collection of 16 building is set in the heart of the Greenwich Peninsular, next to the O2 arena and Ravensbourne University London, and offers permanent and purpose-designed workspaces for the creative industries.
With a masterplan from HNNA, the developer Knight Dragon commissioned the buildings with the aim of replicating the variety of buildings and styles found within cities developed over a long period of time
Hosted by Alberto Villanueva, Head of Architecture at Ravensbourne University, the tour will start at the NOW Gallery before exploring the site and the buildings.
