Members Only | Meet the Architects: Feilden Clegg Bradley Studios

What shapes the places we live, work and move through every day? And how do architects balance sustainability, heritage and growth in a city like London?

This event offers a rare opportunity to step inside a leading practice and explore how design decisions translate into real places, from neighbourhoods and workplaces to cultural institutions.

London is constantly evolving. From housing and regeneration to culture and climate, the built environment shapes how people experience the city every day. Yet much of the thinking behind these places remains hidden behind drawings, models and studio walls.

Practices like Feilden Clegg Bradley Studios are working across these challenges at every scale. Their work spans city centre regeneration, social housing, cultural projects and low-carbon workplace design. At a time when London is grappling with how to grow sustainably while retaining character and inclusivity, understanding how architects approach these questions has never been more important.

This session continues The London Society’s commitment to opening up the processes behind city-making, helping Londoners connect design decisions to lived experience.

Hosted at FCBStudios’ London studio, this session brings together Partners, Associates and architects working across a diverse portfolio of projects in the UK and internationally. Through models, drawings, films and informal discussion, attendees will explore projects ranging from large-scale regeneration to social housing, alongside sustainable workplaces and major cultural institutions.

The evening will focus on how the practice approaches low-carbon design, complex masterplanning, housing delivery, education projects and the sensitive reuse of heritage assets.

Expect insight into both the opportunities and constraints shaping architecture today, with space for questions and conversation throughout.

Join us for an evening of insight, discussion and behind-the-scenes access to one of the UK’s leading architectural practices and a chance to better understand how London is shaped.
