TOUR | DLR – from Canning Town to Woolwich Arsenal

**Society members have priority booking until Monday, 30 March**

The Docklands Light Railway is a key component of London’s infrastructure.   Join Chris Williamson, of Weston Williamson + Partners, on a journey exploring  WW+P’s extension of the DLR from Canning Town to Woolwich.

The visit will highlight the railway as a catalyst for growth and a major influence on the east of the city and its connections.  The tour starts at Canning Town – alighting at stations in between – and concludes at the Dial Arch pub, a stone’s throw from Woolwich Arsenal and adjacent to WW+P’s new Crossrail Station.

Note: we will not be leaving the vicinity of each stations that we look at on the tour and there will be no need to ‘tap in or out’.  However, access onto the DLR will be at attendees own cost, this is not covered by the event fee.
