WALK | Clapham – An uncommon Common

**This event is now Sold Out. A waiting list is in operation, please feel free to register and we will contact you should a space become available.

Slave traders, Clapham’s hidden temple and the statue that almost broke London Bridge – there is more to Clapham Common than meets the eye!

Dr. Stephen King‘s tour will look at the area’s development, from affluent Georgian villas to Herbert Morrison’s post-war award winning homes.  It also looks at Clapham Common’s story sitting at the heart of the current debate on Britain’s Imperial past.
