From its aristocratic origins, with town house for Lords, through to the Victorian slum that was the birthplace of Marxism, Soho has an amazing history. This tour ranges from the 18th Century Empress of Pleasure through to the 20th Century’s King of Porn. We will also uncover Soho’s heroes fighting global pandemics and providing homes for the poor.
Soho’s history of scandals and scoundrels is revealed in this gentle stroll through Soho’s back streets. Dr Stephen King is a qualified City of Westminster guide with many years of street walking under his belt.
