From vandalism to valuable art, London’s perception of street art and graffiti has completely transformed in the past 30 years. And where better to discover and chart its progress than the East End?

Join us for an exciting stroll through industrial sites and trendy back alleys, to uncover impressive works ranging in scale from 1cm naughty stickers, to five storey breathtaking murals!
We discuss the rapid change and development of one of London’s most significant regeneration areas and the challenges ahead, as we explore art from world famous names like Zabou, Ben Eine, Jimmy C, and of course Banksy
From bagels to broccoli sculptures, Huguenots to hipsters, the history of Shoreditch is rich and complex – a story best told on foot, on the street, in the heart of the action.
This tour starts at Shoreditch Highstreet station, and finishes near Spitalfields Market. The exact route is unknown, and will change based on new pieces of art and discoveries on the day.
The tour is led by curator and tour guide Mark T Cox.
