Transport in London : Emerging future trends and scenarios: what can we conclude post Covid?
The pandemic has blown a hole in TfL’s finances as well as changing the ways we move (or don’t move) around the city.
How will we live, work and move about in future? What will be the wider long term impacts, and what measures should we adopt now?
In the third of our sessions that present the results of six months of study of the patterns and trends affecting transport in London, we will discuss the implications for the future as the city emerges from the pandemic.
The discussions will be led by Gavin Miller, Director of MICA, and joined by Haziq Arrifin, MICA; Adrian Cole and Magdalena Misiwwicz from Steer; Amanda Robinson and Martin Woodhouse from PRD.
Having explored the keys trends earlier, and looked at both risks and opportunities, the session will summarise the overriding issues and propose a number of future positions, while comparing how they relate to TfL’s own future scenarios.
