The All-Party Parliamentary Group (APPG) for London’s Planning and Built Environment was established in 2015 as the first-cross party group in half a century to focus on London’s built environment. The London Society was instrumental in its creation and continues to provide the secretariat.

Chaired by Rupa Huq MP (with Gareth Bacon MP as co-chair), the APPG meets three times a year to highlight and debate key issues facing the future shape of the capital, from the delivery of quality and affordable housing to the creation of communities which are thriving, sustainable and inclusive.

We’re delighted to announce the new website for the Group is now up and running here, where you can find out more about the APPG’s work and publications, and register for the next meeting – Unlocking Retrofit: policy, finance and regulation – which is on 31 January.
