Throughout its history, The Society has provided our members and followers with an insight and guide into the many wonderful books that are published about London. For the past two years, we have been so fortunate to have Iria Suarez Martinez act as our volunteer book review co-ordinator.

Top ten summer in the City books to read 2024

She has liaised with publishers to identify books that may be of interest to our members and then matched them with reviewers. She has done the most brilliant job and we are so grateful for her work but the times has come for her to pass the role to someone else as she turns her attention to career and family.
