RTPI London Annual Summit 2019

RTPI London are holding their annual Summit in Stratford E15 on 20 November where the key developments in town planning in London in 2019 will be reviewed, discussed and debated. You don’t have to be a member of the RTPI to attend, but hurry, as the ‘early bird’ discount tickets are only available for another week.

The day includes:

• Planning in London 2019: A Review of the Year – the key debates around the development of the city, including a review of the Mayor’s London Plan and his most controversial planning decisions in recent years as a means to unpick the politics and challenges the city faces.
• Digitising Planning:  A tech workshop – key government and mayoral speakers brought together in a panel with tech start-ups companies who will give short ‘show and tell’ presentations of their products and explain how it will improve the planning system.
• Delivering for London – how paper plans are converted into spades in the ground. Speakers will give presentations on how barriers are overcome and look ahead at what challenges there might be to future delivery.
